We recently announced we are considering suing Coca-Cola for copyright infringement over a 2006 South American TV ad which used a sound track and video gobsmackingly similar to our song and video 'Ninja'. So far the story has gone out on Sky News, Channel 4 News, and Channel 5 News in the UK. Furthermore almost 100 newspapers and news websites have run it all over the globe, including the London Times, CNN, the Washington Post website and the Sydney Morning Herald.
