NWA - Straight Outta Compton

N.W.A. (Niggaz With Attitude) was a hip hop group that was formed in Compton, California in 1986. Over the course of the five years the group was together, they continually redefined the face of West Coast hip hop in both lyrical and instrumental ways. N.W.A was one of the first gangsta rap groups to achieve widespread commercial success without radio airplay or many other conventional mainstream promotions.
Kylie Minogue & Nick Cave - Where The Wild Roses Grow

The pop singer Kylie Minogue, who recorded a best-selling duet with Cave in 1995, has said that he was a positive influence: "He taught me to never veer too far from who I am, but to go further, try different things, and never lose sight of myself at the core. For me, the hard part was unleashing the core of myself and being totally truthful in my music".

Little Shop of Horrors - Dentist!

Little Shop of Horrors was the first DVD to be recalled for content.

In 1998, Warner Bros. released a Special Edition DVD of the 1986 musical film. This DVD included approximately 23 minutes of unfinished footage from Oz's original ending, although it was in black and white and was missing sound, visual, and special effects.

David Geffen, the film's producer and owner of the rights, apparently wanted to re-release the film to theaters with the original ending intact. Geffen became angry at Warner Bros. for including this footage on the DVD without his consent, and as a result, the studio yanked it off the shelves in a matter of days and replaced with a second edition without the extra material. The original first edition DVD is now a much sought-after collector's item and sells for upwards of $150 on eBay, although there are copies of the ending floating around the net. Some guess that, with the coming 20th anniversery of the film's theatrical release, it will be featured on a new DVD, though this isn't certain. Some even speculate that they're aiming for the 25th anniversary for a re-release.

For the time being, no plans have been made to re-release the film or DVD with the alternate ending, although modern audiences may be better prepared for a darker version of what is essentially a morality play.
Blondie - One Way or Another

Blondie is an American rock band that first gained fame in the late 1970s and early 1980s. They were pioneers in the early American punk rock and New Wave scene. Their first two albums contained strong elements of these genres, and although they were successful in Australia and the United Kingdom, Blondie were regarded as an underground band in the United States until the release of their third album in 1978. Over the next three years, they achieved several hit singles and were noted for their eclectic mix of musical styles as they incorporated elements of disco, dance, hip hop and reggae, while retaining their basic style as a new wave band.

Lead singer Deborah Harry achieved a level of celebrity that eclipsed other band members leading to tension within the group. Following a poorly received album, and with core member Chris Stein diagnosed with a potentially fatal disease, the group disbanded in 1982.[1] As members pursued other projects, Blondie's reputation grew over the following decade and the group reformed in 1998, achieving renewed success and a number one single in the United Kingdom the following year. The group toured and performed throughout the world over the following years, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006
